Our grateful thanks go to the individuals and organisations who make our work possible.
Since its launch in 2001 the Poetry Archive has grown into a much loved and highly valued resource. Over 500 poets’ work is now available, free of charge, on the Archive’s website. That we can share poets' work and enable our visitors to enjoy the profound benefits of listening to poetry read out loud is possible only because of the support we receive from the individuals and organisations who share our passion for poetry.
The Poetry Archive is proud to work in partnership and collaborations with other organisations and we acknowledge their role in our success here. If you would like to work with us, please get in touch.
The Poetry Archive is the only charity dedicated to the production, acquisition and preservation of recordings of significant poets reading their work out loud.
Founded in 1999 and incorporated in 2001, we have been supported by the generosity of organisations and individuals who share our passion to grow this vital heritage and educational resource for future generations to enjoy. We gratefully acknowledge the support of;
